1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NammaHubballi (web app, mobile app, or APIs), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue using our services.

2. User Accounts & Integrity

Users must provide accurate information when registering accounts or claiming local business profiles. Impersonation of Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) officials, registered businesses, or community leaders is strictly prohibited and results in immediate permanent bans and legal reporting.

3. Merchant Listings & Fair Advertising

Merchants listed on NammaHubballi must ensure all business details, operational hours, offers, and pricing discounts are genuine. Bait-and-switch advertising, deceptive discounts, or fictitious reviews violate platform standards and will cause listing suspension.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

All software, brand assets, proprietary algorithms, and verified Twin-City databases are the intellectual property of NammaHubballi. Unauthorized web scraping, automated extraction, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with NammaHubballi services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hubballi-Dharwad, Karnataka.
